Extraordinary Vestry Meeting

Dear Parishioners.

Further to the announcement that St. Martin's has voted to initiate a merger with St. John's, we are providing you with the attached information report. We encourage you to read this background information as you consider and vote on St. John's initiating a merger with St. Martin's. 

This is notice that an Extraordinary Vestry Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2022 in the church sanctuary following the service to conduct a secret ballot vote on initiating a merger with St. Martin's. There will also be a Zoom link for an anonymous poll vote for those not able to attend in person. In the weeks ahead, we will be developing a list of eligible voters and voting procedures.
