In Memoriam

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our dear brother in Christ Ken Brookfield.  Ken died peacefully yesterday listening to his favourite Mozart music with Alison and Steve by his side at the North Shore Hospice.  

Ken was a wonderful Father and Grandfather with a great many friends.  He loved to go to church and was a long time calligrapher of the first order.  He died shortly after his 101st birthday.  His lovely and gentle manner will be very dearly missed.

Please keep Alison, Steve, Celia, Jeffrey, Evan, Heather, Troy and Elliott and their family and friends in your prayers.

A memorial service will be held at St. John’s on Saturday, October 5 at 1:00pm with a reception to follow in the Church Lounge.

May Ken rest in peace, and rise again in glory.
