Please join St. John's for the Annual Vestry Meeting to be held in-person and on Zoom immediately after the service on Sunday February 18, 2024. Please find the Zoom information below. Sometimes referred to as the annual business meeting of the parish, this is the time when we receive annual ministry and committee reports; approve the budget for the year; and receive nominations for Parish Officers (e.g. Church Wardens; Parish Council members) and Delegates/Alternate Delegates to Synod.
All are very welcome to attend this meeting. Those who have a vote at Vestry are all baptized persons of the Parish aged fifteen or over who are accustomed worshippers within the Parish and have had their name on the Parish List for at least 3 months prior to the date of the Vestry meeting.
