Report from the recent ACW Meeting

A report from Ann Bodwell on the recent ACW meeting held at St. Agnes.

9:30 - 10:00 Registration

10:00 We went into the church for Communion.

Instead of a sermon, Sheila gave us a talk and slide show and told us what the ACW did and who they supported. It was most interesting. After the talk we continued on with the Communion service. 

After the service, the board of the ACW had their annual general meeting. We then when back into the church with our lunches and another interesting talk by Hillary with slides of her work in rural Rwanda. She had also brought some wonderful basket work done by the women.

Then Wilna Parry brought us up to date on the status of the refugees on the North Shore.
